- Enter your order number then select the item you want to exchange
- Select exchange for something new and choose the 'shop now' option to choose your new items.
- Review your return and submit
- Ship it back using the label we provide
*Please bare in mind that exchange items are not put on hold.
If the item you are exchanging for sells out before we receive your returned product, you will be issued a refund.
